Kicked out of gym - Have to create a personal workout plan

I was kicked out of the gym for bringing my dog in. I am going to have to work out by myself from now on because after the $200 USD cancellation fee, my father will probably never pay for a gym or swimming pool for me as long as I live. I am going to miss the spinning and Les Mills Body Pump classes at the gym even though the Body Pump instructor kicked me out because he thinks I'm beyond hope due to my weight (I struggled to lift the lightest weights after a few minutes).

I am going to stop Insanity for a few days because my body is unable to handle it. I will still do the 30 day shred and I am going to get some weights so I can do the full thing. I will also go on the treadmill at the gym in the hotel that I go into for free.

My dad just told me on Skype I should ask about other gyms that I live closer to so he IS willing to pay for it but I feel guilty for wasting his money so I told him we should just relax for now. I might eventually ask him for $200 USD for the swimming pool but I feel guilty so I'm just going to wait a while.

My dad: "I hope you listen to your mom's advice: not to take the dog to the train. The worst consequnce is that they'll put you in the jail, I'll pay huge amount of money, and your Beagle will die. So, please follow the rule here. I can imagine that. For those people, they enjoy seeing the dog. However, as your mom said, there might be a small percentage of people who might be afraid of the dog. When they see the dog, they faint to the ground and die (if they are very old people). Then they will sue you and put you in the jail, even if your dog didn't do anything to them. They can sue you because you let the dog out of the cage on the train. If it is in the street, they can't sue you as long as your dog didn't attack them. Could you see the big difference?"

So 30 day shred, treadmill, any other suggestions for exercising for weight loss?
