How often?

Hi everyone. am new to all this exercise and was just wondering how often I should change what I do in the gym for it to still be effective

    From what I've learnt, it takes 6 weeks for you to see your OWN changes, and 8 weeks for others to see it. The body generally 'gets used to' your workout, in 8-10 weeks. So look into changing it up every 8-10 weeks :)
