got to my target weight of 168 pound have lost a totall of 71 pounds since august 2013 ,started cycling again in august just a few mile at a time building up my fitness, been about 30 years since my last time on a bike, then started to limit portion sizes and make healthy swaps but at no time did i completly cut out the things i enjoyed ,by not cutting out the goodies all together i think this helped me stay on track,i now try to cycle every day if i can and often cycle 12 mile each way to work..now just have to keep watching what i eat so i can keep weight off for good...
