8 Corn Tortilla
Whole Chicken Breast sliced into strips
1 large Raw Onions sliced into strips
1 large Raw Sweet Peppers sliced into strips
1 tbsp Oil - Vegetable, canola,
2 tbsp Ground Cumin,
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder,
3 tsp Galic - Raw,
Fresh - Cilantro, 1/4 cup
Susan57 pico de gallo to follow below
turn heat to med high add oil to pan, add onion,green pepper, and stir fry 10 min. move to side of skillet and add chicken and juice from pico de gallo cook 10 min. turning and moving chicken peices untill most of the pink is gone. then add: garlic,cumin,chilli powder and cilantro leaves. mix all while cooking till done 5 mins more.
warm tortilla on hot skillet spray each side with pam. 40 sec per side
or place in damp paper towel on plate in microwave fo 40 sec. place
1/2 cup mixture on tortilla and i add 1/4 pico de gallo. yummy!

2 large tomatos diced very small
1 small onion
2 small hot chilli peppers
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tsp. garlic
in a small bowl add diced tomatos. in a electric chopper put onion cut into 1/8 peices,peppers cilantro,and garlic. process 30 sec. or to your liking. then mix with tomatos in bowl, cover and let sit for 30 or so til the flavors melt together. do not use seed if you don't like it hot and use rubber gloves if chopping peppers by hand.
