I have been doing MFP for a few years now, generally with very good luck. However, I always get where I am right now - a few pounds away from goal, my clothes fit well, and I start slacking. I tell myself, "I don't need to log every day . . . and sure I can have a few fries (which of course turns into whole plate) . I then gain 10-15 lbs and start all over again.
THAT STOPS TODAY!!! I need motivation to STAY MOTIVATED! Any suggestions? New friends are always welcome. :-)

You can do it!! I'm in the same spot right now. I can't be trusted off the grid. I think I'll have to keep a close watch on my calories and weight for the rest of my life, but if that's what it takes then that's what I'll do0
