Use plain Greek yogurt (&/or avocado) instead of mayo.

I actually use the Oikos Greek Yogurt Dip (instead of mayo)....only 25 calories for 2 tablespoons and its super tasty compared to plain Greek yogurt :)

I've never found chicken salad to be particularly high-calorie. Just... don't use like half a cup of mayo? A tablespoon of regular mayo (frankly, I use half a tablespoon and it's fine), a tablespoon of relish, a teaspoon of mustard, half a cup of shredded chicken breast. That can't come in at more than 200 calories and it'll make at least two sandwiches.

ETA: I'm weird and I also add tiny-diced apples and finely shredded cabbage (not much of either -- maybe two tablespoons of each) to my chicken salad to bulk it out and add a nice sweet/crunchy contrast.

I use part yogurt and part mayo. Then I chop peppers and onions (or whatever veggies I want). It gets a little watery - don't know if it is because of the yogurt combination or what. I'm assuming anyway!

    Sounds like a great idea!
