Wait, when did that happen?

My entire life I have had "thick" thighs. Today, when I was in the restroom I noticed that I could see the toilet seat between my legs in a normal comfortable position. Honestly don't remember having that even at my smallest of 140lbs.

When turning to leave the restroom I noticed that I have cheekbones again. Haven't seen those since I was 22. It's been a long 6 years.

My CrossFit instructor actually took the medicine ball away from underneath me today because it was stopping my natural progession to the deepest squats in proper form ever.

So, has anybody else had a moment where you saw or did something or just plain noticed something and went "Wait, when did that happen?"

Had one of those moments recently. I am a pear shape and my tighs have always had plenty of meat on them. When I started losing weight I never expected my legs to shrink by much. Then the other day I was standing in front of the mirror and I realised that for the first time in my life my tighs didn't meet. Don't know how that happened, as even when I was thinner when I was youner my tighs always touched so I can only put it down to working out. My boyfirend also noticed it wihtout me saying it to him which assured me I wasn't imagining it.

Exercise does seem to help doesn't it? Way to go!

My smile :) I normally gain weight in my face first, so I get a very round smile and my jaw vanishes. But now, I can smile as widely as I want and I still have a pointed chin with no fatty jowls!
