Working out after shoulder injury

I fell at work in January and tore the labrum (cartilage) in my shoulder. I have gone through PT and have been officially released, my doctor has lifted my restrictions (with the caveat that I still shouldn't reach behind me or do things that hurt my shoulder......!?!?!).
I will not do anything that hurts myself obviously but I wanted to get ideas of small ways I can start back into more effective exercised. Any suggestions will help!!! I definitely feel some of my hesitancy is psychological and I need support and ideas!!
Thanks in advance!!!
