Challenge

I read so many comments and posts that indicate how folks did really well all week and then fell off track over the weekend, and are "starting over" on a Monday. I have been guilty of this myself.

It is so counter productive in my opinion, like three steps forward and two steps back ya know?

So I would like to propose a quick challenge: Seven days straight of no added/artificial sugar, no treats, no empty calories and staying under or up to your individual calorie range. Other than the no added or artificial sugars any foods can be included as long as you stay within your range and it can start any day so long as it includes a weekend in-between.

I know the weekends are tough for me too... hanging with friends, going out for dinner, grabbing lunch, traveling, etc. I feel as if I could go one full weekend staying totally on track I could successfully break the cycle of "lightening up" on the weekends.

Any takers here? :) Send me a message and let me know if you're interested.

If you are not interested or don't agree with this please, please no rude or nasty comments... Thanks in advance!
