Getting back on track after holidays

After a 5 pound gain (over 2 weeks!), I am back home from holidays and back at 'er. I've got my workout planned and my meals planned for the day… had my water (and my coffee! LOL) for the morning and looking forward to getting back on track. I know why I gained (alcohol consumption leads to snack consumption) and hope that this gain has not derailed my metabolism and my taste buds!
