Chicken brats from a meat market

I buy chicken brats from a meat market. They use no fillers. Trust me, these suckers DO NOT SHRINK and there is rarely any juice that flows from these. Any idea on how to lot these? It is from a local meat market so there is no calorie/nutrition available for it. Just wondering if anybody has any idea. I know that I won't eat a ton of them, just 1.

I get the store bought chicken brats in wrappers with labels. They are around 150 calories for one.

When we get meat from the market, and there's a bar-code, I'll scan it with my phone on the MFP app. It usually logs it and would have the information. Sometimes you have to add it to the system. Otherwise, you might just have to weigh it and see what the closest thing is to it and base it of that.
