3 Tasty Recipes for Women to lose fat

Lemon Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 heads of garlic, roasted and peeled
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp honey
1-2 pinches of sea salt
1-2 pinches black pepper
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in processor. Drizzle over salad.
Pecan & Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients
Bed of mixed greens
1 small red onion (sliced)
100g Goat cheese
60g dried cranberries
1 cup pecans
Instructions
Mix salad in bowl.
Power Up Kale Soup
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 cloves organic garlic (chopped)
5 cups organic chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
2 red potatoes (diced)
3 cups kale (stems removed and chopped fine)
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried sage
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a frying pan, fry onion and garlic to brown. (you can do this in soup pot by using a small amount of the broth to saute them in.)
In soup pot add in broth, potatoes, carrots and celery.
Bring to boil on high
Lower heat
Add thyme, sage, salt and pepper
Let sit on low heat to simmer for about 15 to 30minutes.
Add kale at 5 minutes before taking pot off heat.

So, how is this specific to women? Are we missing part of the instructions? Are we supposed to puree, slather it on a tampon and insert or can we just pour some into a Divacup?0

Oh, I don't know….
maybe an attempt to sell a book? maybe trying to gather people to go to his website? maybe it seems he has an agenda? Recipes for women to lose fat? Recipe for a super-cleanse? Recipe for juicing for faster weight loss? Recipe to get rid of toxins and boosting metabolism?

If you are male, I'm sure all of the poor hopeless women of this site thank you for giving them these wonderful recipes, because we all know women can't fight fat on their own, they need a big strong guy like you to help them.0
