Is your MFP goal set to lose 1 pound per week? If not, set it there. How many calories does it give you to eat for 1 pound per week? It should not be set to more than 1.5 pounds per week for you.
From your journal entries, it doesn't look like you weigh your food, some entries are in grams, some things that are not liquid are cups, etc. Recommend you get a food scale, because without one you are probably eating more calories than you think.
