Do you believe selfies can lead to addictions?
I've been guilty of taking selfies over the years. Not the 200 a day that some have encountered but enough to know that in the past its lead me to addiction and weight issues. Its a hard battle to lose weight and even harder to accept yourself for who you truly are.

for me selfies led to more denial. I was 300 lb and could look 140 lb in a properly posed selfie, so surely the horrendous photos from my work picnic were a fluke, right?
