Free Online Workouts

Options
I use to do excersie.tv , but it's no longer available online. I like to do workouts at home and rather pay a small fee or no fee to do workout videos. We don't have cable, just amazon prime. I know amazon prime has free jillian michaels, but I'm looking for other types of vidos (walking, yoga, kickboxing, zumba etc)

Anyone have a favorite website or free online video that they like to do?

Fitnessblender.com is great. Tons of stuff. You might like blogilates. On a YouTube, there's the BeFit a Channel, and they have tons of stuff as well.

Youtube is your best friend, they have tons of different routines you can do from home. My favorite is Blogilates =] Here are some other sites too http://www.12minuteathlete.com/, http://www.fitnessblender.com/ and http://www.bodyrock.tv/.

I second the Fitness Blender suggestion. A good variety of workouts--in both type and intensity--and there's a search feature where you can plug in workout length, type of workout, area of the body you'd like to focus on, level/intensity, etc. Makes it easy to find the perfect workout!
And I like the cuing and pace of the workouts I've done--not a ton of overly-perky chatter, but enough to remind you of good form and alert you to upcoming breaks or changes.

Oh, and Fitness Blender also lists all the exercises for the workout on the web page, so you don't have to scroll through the whole video to be sure you've got the form down correctly (and safely) before you start. I loved that feature when I started kettlebells!

Youtube has lots of workouts. I use the Jillian Michaels, Chris Powell and Biggest Loser ones, which are great.

I've been doing the 30-day get in shape work out series on www.hasfit.com. Everything on the site is 100% free.
