Here's to one week

Here's to my first week of healthy eating within my calorie limits
to one week of regular exercise that was fun
to one week where I didn't binge, didn't skip a meal, or fall back into any of the other eating problems I had
to one week in which I lost two pounds, which has never happened before
but most importantly, here's to one week in which I didn't hate myself, but rather looked forward to how much better I'll become

let's hope I can repeat this toast next monday.
