I posted this to a group on Facebook. Nothing revelatory here, but thought I'd post it here. It might help someone.
So I've been wanting to eat just a little bit more for breakfast but not really wanting the extra calories. What did I do about it? Berries!! Fresh berries are admittedly expensive, but... I say BUTT, how much is it worth to start the day off well and feel like you ate a decent amount and feel 100% positive about your breakfast? For me it is priceless. My breakfast was One serving Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cinnamon Oat crunch cereal (It's like a sweet very cinnamony Cheerios kinda), 1oz blueberries, 1 oz blackberries, 2oz raspberries, 2oz strawberries, 3/4 cup SKIM milk, half a toasted David's Bagels Cinnamon raisin bagel, 1/2 tablespoon Extra Crunchy Skippy Natural PB Spread (the kind with honey in the spread), and a small Fuji apple (they are very sweet). All that food was 498 calories. I burned 489 calories this morning doing P90x. So how perfect is that? I'll be hitting the ping pong robot for one more workout before going to work. So, I'll be able to eat even more. One of my big motivations for working out is so I can eat more LoL. Try to make the food healthy though huh? Alright, enough yapping. Get out there and do it. Eat healthy and move peeps! I'm rooting for you.
