So i went way under my calorie goal yesterday.
I had about 200 after I exercised. I had no appetite. So would it be ok to eat extra calories today to make up? Or should I leave it?

If you are feeling fine then I would leave it and not fret, just like if you go over on any said day.
If you start to feel a bit woozy and cloudy then eat up.0 -
I save calories all the time, whether on accident b/c I just wasn't hungry or on purpose because I'm saving up for a splurge.
You'd be fine either way.
I would recommend, unless you are severely obese, to try to always NET at least your BMR. Other than that, it's just an extra calorie deficit.0 -
i bank calories everyday. I never log my dog walks but save them up for a nice weekly treat. Either a slice of cake or a pint of ice cream..whatever i want been steadily loosing weight w no problems0

This tends to be my problem almost every day... The way I see it, if you're hungry, eat... If you're not, don't. Don't force it if it's not meant to be. You'll have a YOLO meal at some point. All your extra calories that you didn't use can go towards that, lol.0
