HRM Cals

I use a Polar FT4 during my zumba workouts. I used to round it down a bit but have read that the HRM of course doesn't take into account what you would burn in that time going about your daily business anyway.
I just did an hours workout and burned 590cals, so do I take off an hours TDEE (90cals) to make it 500?
I normally knock about 10% off and do lose weight, what do other people do?
