Logging Question

My boses came back from Maui and brought me back some of this:



Hopefully the image works. If not its Bananas & Coconuts Coconut Candy. What would you log this as? I had 5 piecces, and I can't find any info on it online.

I found this description:

"Our most popular seller. Slow roasted fresh coconut brushed with cane sugar.

Size: 3.5 oz

Ingredients: Coconut, Cane Sugar, Water"



I would Weigh 5 pieces, and log it as raw coconut and 1 tsp raw sugar.
