Cooking for a Chemo patient

I need some help guys. I'm cooking dinners for my friend and his family. His wife is undergoing chemo treatments.
I am running out of comfort foods to cook.
No red sauce.
No spicy.
Just did tuna noodle casserole last week.
This has got to be something that I can cook within an hour or so and transport across town and keep warm.
I have a thermal bag so the warm part really isn't an issue.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
Steph

just an fyi--sometimes the sight of food makes someone on chemo ill.

here's a good link used by a friend of mine with brain cancer:

I had a relative who took chemo and she loved rice pudding, corn pudding and potato soup. They are easy to fix and the potato soup is good this time of year. Hope all goes well for your friend. We have been through chemo twice in my house first our sone and then my husband. Both are well and 12 and 16 years post cancer. It is a long hard road and they are lucky to have such a thoughtful friend as you.

Homemade macaroni and cheese. Or homemade chicken and noodles (with flour noodles).

When my grandpa was on chemo, he craved carbs like nobody's business.

Thanks - I finally got a hold of her last night. I usually give her two options and last week it was Tuna Noodle casserole or homemade Mac N Cheese.
She said that she thought that the Mac N Cheese sounded good for this week so Mac N Cheese it is.
If you guys have any other ideas - they will be more than welcome!
