weights of frozen vs thawed fruit

I have some frozen edamame I want to separate into servings so I can thaw one at a time as I want them. I wanted to weigh them out but think if I weigh them frozen the ounces won't be correct when they thaw...

if you thaw them in a plastic bag the weight will be unchanged.

Open to the atmosphere they may gain condensation or lose melt water.
