Fitness Blender, anyone?

Has anyone dabbled with Fitness Blender, and/or is familiar with their exercise routines? I'm personally a huge fan (nearly every routine I think I can tackle has kicked my butt but left me feeling rather accomplished) with the recommendation of a friend, I drew up this weekly routine. Any comments, opinions, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone would like to try this out with me, I'd love a support group!
I'm pretty busy between my 60 hour a week, horrible desk job and just miscellaneous houselady chores-- so I try to get the most bang for my buck. All these workouts are 30 minutes or less but from the ones I've tried so far, trust me-- you'll feel it!

Hi, I'm on week 2 of the 4 week low impact program and even though it's low impact I'm still getting an amazing work out! Going to move onto round 1 of the 8 week program when I'm finished with this one. I love how they encourage without shouting at you.0
