I'm kind of concerened. I do the elliptical everyday, the incline pretty high...is it possible?
I don't want to gain muscle. My legs are fat I need to lose fat and slim legs.

If you were to lose both fat and muscle... what would your body be composed of?

I believe that if you have enough resistance that you can slowly gain very small amounts of muscle over a very long time.

This is the most asinine statement ever. OP, no, you will not build muscle using an eliptical. Even in small quantities over a long period of time.

Perhaps if you've been in a full body cast for several months or bed ridden, an elliptical will allow you to get them gainzzzz. But then, so would standing up.
