LIFT AGAIN?!?

SO.... I usually do cardio 2-a-days when I'm slimming up but only lift or weight-train once a day. Well I did an arms workout early this morning and I'm sort of still rowdy (Urban definition: exerting an abundance of energy). Should I do more cardio or lift again?
