Nutrition Goals

As we all know, MFP has presets for nutrition goals. I have been using those the last 72 days and they have worked fine, although I will admit I have just recently been carefully paying attention to them. I am trying to watch my carbs, at least somewhat, as I have a bit of an insulin resistance issue and a slightly elevated A1C. I just changed my values to 35% carbs, 35% protein, 30% fat. I would like opinions on if this is a good ratio.
