I read old threads on here about weight fluctuation. I am currently experiencing that, atleast for the past 2 weeks. I watch my sodium intake and drink plenty of water throughout the week, at least 84oz per day average. Mostly, my weight loss progress shows on a Friday morning. But why is this? Any explanation? My bowels are regular and I urinate often. Highly annoying!

Weight fluctuations are normal, and they happen to most everyone. They can be caused by many different factors, such as consumption of a big meal, excess salt intake, water retention, constipation, and hormonal changes. It does not necessarily comes from an increase in fat. These things are temporary and will pass as long as you keep on the right track. Don't be discourage!0
