Pulled or Strained Groin Muscle

Here goes. I have to say how I feel. This not being able to exercise thing is has thrown me for a loop. Not only am I physically hurting it's also hurt mentally now. And what I mean is my exercising was working at helping me eat better. They really were working well with each other. Gave me something to concentrate with. I can't even sit at the computer for too long, standing or sitting for food prep is painful, walking isn't good either. { I never thought just once how important it is to exercise till now }! I could just throw up. How long is this going to take to heal? Any suggestions or advise that will help is greatly needed. Thank You!
