Hey people,
I'm Adam, I'm a 25 year old guy from Yorkshire, here's my story.
Just before Christmas I was weighing in at over 18 and a half stone, I used to be the kind of person that was always hiking and jogging. I became fairly depressed and just started comfort eating. Some weeks I'd literally live off pizza, kebabs, burgers... everything.. doing no exercise at all.

I started to combat how I was feeling early last year but just kept going with my bad eating habits.

Just before Christmas just gone I decided to make a positive change, I joined my local health club and planned my own lifestyle change. Dramatically cutting my calories, doing daily exercise and not giving myself any excuses to drop back into my previous ways.

I am now down to just under 14 Stone, around my target weight. I want to keep my lifestyle change the way it is and perhaps help others with theirs.. I have posted some pics on my profile..
I haven't reached where I want to be yet but I'm extremely happy with where I'm at right now.. Taking it a day at a time!

I'm looking forward to chatting with some other like-minded people!
