Anyways im very motivated to get in shape. my diet is not the best but i think im on the right track.. Would love for friends to critique my diary and help me through this journey. And i will do the same!:flowerforyou:

feel free to check out my diary! BTW I am not following what MFP has suggested. I have calculated my own macronutrients and calories intake. I work out 6 days a week, and try my best on the diet. Looking for people with viewab;le diaries so i can get an idea on how to mix it up with my diary and hit my goals.
