loose skin

Over the past 10 years I have yo-yoed my weight from as high as 301lbs to as low as 155. I have a ton of extra skin but since I gained some of the weight back from 2 pregnancies and I'm not dropping as fast as I did 5-10 years ago I think I can correct some of the issue. I know not all but can't I be hopefull?

Did any of ya'll lose a bunch of weight and had some extra skin and found a way to tighten some or all of it back up? If so how did you do it and how long did it take before you saw results? Also can I see your before and after pics. Arms, belly, and/or thighs? I will supply mine for ya'll but its only of my belly and arms. I know everyone is different but I'm just wondering if its at all possible to somewhat fix this issue without surgery.

It will tighten over the course of years not days and weeks and probably won't ever go back to what you want. I will stick up some before and afters when I get on my computer but age, size, stretch marks and speed of loss are all factors

You are young, so I think you should tighten up with time and exercise. But being at a healthy weight is what is really important. You have done good.

Don't be discouraged. Give it time and continue to lose weight. See how it is when you are closer to your goal.

The last time I lost weight and got down to 155lbs I didn't have this much loose skin on my tummy but that was also before I had kids lol.

Here is me at 155lbs in 2009.

I'm dropping weight as it is now and I'm having major problems with my "bird wings". I went on youtube and found a video for Tank Top Arms. It seems to be helping a bit. Goodluck
