Howdy All

Hey everyone, My name is Miguel I am 21 from Kentucky and here to try and fix my weight. I am 6'0 even and 275. I was always involved in sports up until my senior year when I injured my hips playing rugby and kept injuring my hips and knees by ignoring any advice and conituing to play.

Fast forward to now, I have been getting back into competitive hobbies (albeit nerdy ones) I wana lose weight to help with the problems on my hips, be able to get back into an able body that can keep up with my competitive streak.

I work third shift for now, so it is hard to regulate a good sleep/food schedual which I know will make this a bit harder, but if something is easy it isnt worth doing.

Lets get better!

    OH! and I have quit smoking and cut my alcohol consumption in half. Big steps here.
