It's a slow road, but I think i'm gonna do it this time! My first goal is to be back under 300 lbs. before summer. Then, "it's on!" By the time summer is over I want to be back in a XXL. These are very achievable goals for me.
What makes this time different, is that (for some unknown reason) diet and exercise is fun. That's never happened to me before. I feel very good about it this time!
I spend most of every day working at a computer. Until a few weeks ago, that was followed by an evening of movies and video games. Not now. Now I look for ways to burn calories and ways to consume fewer of them. And keeping my diet balanced through it all.
This time next year, I'm a XL! Maybe even an L.
