Between 1,100 and 1,300 calories a day.
I don't at back exercise calories for two reasons:
1.) I only work out 3 days a week for an hour at a time
2.) I can't get myself to trust the "calories burned" amounts (not just on myfitnesspal, but everywhere lol)0 -
I lose one Lb per week grossing 2300ish calories...that number includes an estimate of my exercise in my activity level as per the TDEE method (my preferred method). I maintain on roughly 2700 - 2800 gross calories. Again, this includes my just being alive, my day to day activities, and my exercise.
Without exercise I can lose 1 Lb per week but I can only eat 1,900 calories and I can maintain on about 2,300 - 2,400 calories...but exercise provides awesome healthy benefits...plus I can eat more foodz whilst accomplishing the same goal so WINNING!0 -
I eat 1200-1230 I don't eat back any workout calories0

Around 2100 to lose, 2600 to maintain.0
-
1800 to 2200 dependent on exercise but I'm on a pretty aggressive weight loss target.0

1650 w/o exercise, sometimes I go as high as 2200 eating back my exercise calories. I don't always eat them back but if I'm really hungry or just craving something and I have some to spare (like my midnight ice cream last night), then I'll eat them back0

1750 cals/day0

1490 is what i aim for, currently0

I'm 5'10", 180 and during the week I normally am around 1500. Close to 2000 if I drink wine. I work out 6 days a week and so I should be able to eat more but apparently drinking on Saturday nights doesn't do me any favors.....0

Anywhere between 1800 and 2100 is the goal depending on exercise or how hungry I am. 5'9" 190lbs at the moment, but I've realized I'd rather lose 1/2 pound a week than try to radically alter my eating habits. I think it will be more sustainable this way.0

Im going to go with 700-1000 during a post surgery. Add me. I need inspiration! Thanks.0

A fair amount. At least 1800 most days, and I can swing more when needed.0

I try to stick between 1200-1500 a day and then eat back exercise calories if I'm still hungry or use them on other days (within 3 days of working out, usually) that I want more snacks. Seems to be working so far.0

1700 NET.
With Exercise - 2300-3000.
In maintenance, just about.0 -
Anywhere from 1400-1800... I'm trying to find my sweet spot where I can lose weight but not feel hungry/tired. I lost the majority of my weight eating 1200-1400, but there's no way I can do that anymore.0

About 1200 - 1300, then some exercise calories sometimes. Rarely get hungry!0
-
i try not to go above 13000
-
1700, never gone under 1600.0

I do the TDEE method (my TDEE is about 1700 cals.) and eat between 1800-2000 calories and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I am 44 yrs old.
ETA: I am 5'2.0 -
I move between about 800-1000 on weekdays and 2000-2500 at weekends (ugh) but I'm trying to level it out at about 1600 every day. I'm trying to get into that habit but I'm still getting the non-logical side of my head around diets not having to be starvation so today I only ate 900 and I don't feel hungry.
Edit: I'm 5'5.5'', 25 and 150ish lbs. I'm a recovering yo-yo dieter0
