Right today I WILL be good!!

After pigging out for a week and moaning moaning about my cold I am getting a grip and sticking to my diet!

I have added in all my food for the day and it only comes to around 1,000 calories, I am on 1660 plus I earned some from exercise soooo I have some saved for my evening munchies which attack every night! Hows everyone else getting on?
