$10 Survey

I was at the gym today and saw an ad for a paid survey. I made a mental note of the site, and just went there now. There was a quick survey on TV commercials that air on the TV at the gym. At the end you put in your name and address, and they'll mail you a check for $10 for taking the time to do the survey.
