Night time eating problem

Hey guys.

I've developed a nasty little habit over the course of a few months.

Right now I'm cutting on 2400 calories because I've bulked over the winter and put on some good mass. I've lost almost all of the fat and this time I can actually see my abs (4 of them) and trying to get all 6 to show is the only reason I'm still cutting.

Anyhow,

I've been waking up at like 12, 2, 4, am hungry as can be, like stomach pain hungry. I go to bed at around 11pm on a full stomach too (I like to eat late dinners, and get majority of my calories late in the evening). I have no idea what's causing this or why it started happening. I do know it started once I've lowered my calories. If this keeps up I'm going to say screw it and start eating maintenance calories... abs aren't worth this discomfort.

hmmm interesting..I am cutting right now on about 2200 and do not have this problem ….

maybe increase calories to 2450 and see if that helps…or drink glass of water before bed?
