As far as I'm aware these are not things you can set on MFP. It doesn't give a weekly calorie goal or a weigh day - I just log my weight whenever I want to. This is something you could set up separately - perhaps make a spreadsheet putting down weekly allowed calories, then add your daily calories at the end of each day and use a sum to add them up and see how many you have left for the week.
You could then do the same thing with your weight - choose the day you want to weigh then log each weigh in on that day.
Hope that helped0 -

The day of the week really only has a bearing on the exercise goals.
But go to Reports on your weigh-in day, and you can look at prior 7 days of calories, net calories, ect.
Just pick your weigh-in day carefully to minimize normal water fluctuations.
Morning after rest day eating normal sodium levels, not sore from last workout.0 -
On the mobile app, if you go to the Settings > Weekly Nutrition settings > you can then change the start date of your week there, and when you go to your nutrition tab, and tap weekly, it'll show you your net calories for that week
Hopefully this will be useful!0 -
