I just started doing the Insanity programs as a source of weight loss and overall healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, myfitnesspal doesn't recognize it as a workout program. Any thoughts?

I think some people log it as "Circuit Training". Others, myself included, created a new exercise to track it. I really enjoyed Insanity, best of luck to you!0

I'm on my 3rd round of Insanity and currently doing a hybrid of Brazil butt lift and Insanity. I have always gotten awesome results with it! I log it as aerobics, vigorous, which is pretty close if not a bit under for calories burned. When I had my hrm, I usually burned 20-100 cals more than MFP suggests (depending). If you have a hrm you can also log it as your own workout and enter the cals burned your hrm has given you.0

Use an HRM to see how many calories you burn..
then add it as a cardio activity0 -
I don't have the full program but I do have a couple of the short workouts and I love them!0

If it work's for you then great! One word of caution; I have heard of people getting severe injuries from insanity.Just make sure to do a good warm up. Keep up the good work.0
