Love food but it doesnt love me

I love to eat and eat different types of food but I have learned that food isnt agreeing with my waist line :noway: so I decided to change. Im curious though, do you find "all in moderation" better than completely cutting out certain foods.:grumble:

    DEFINITELY! I find that if I cut out the foods that I love, I only end up binging on them at one point or another...and we all know what a horrible thing that is. Now, moderation is the key, of course! I can't eat the entire brick of cheese, or the entire block of chocolate. It's definitely hard to only take a small portion, but I find that I enjoy them that much more when I treat myself.

    Chocolate, for instance, is something that I do eat almost every day, but in moderation. Keeps my sweet tooth at bay. :tongue:
  • My problem is places that are all you can eat. I eat enough for three and moderation is out the window.
