I've put some in a tupperware for lunch today, and am now eating it at my desk. So beats crackers and cottage cheese!
BTW -- 500G is about 3 cups, I think. It doesn't really matter, as you could use any size package and make it up to taste. Very healthy, seriously filling, and DIFFERENT!
