One way I stay focused on moving toward my fitness goals is reading books about weight loss. I don't read diet books (really structured diets have never worked for me)--I prefer books that are personal growth/achievement stories or are about making lifestyle changes. Right now, I'm reading "Surprisingly Unstuck" which is about incorporating tiny changes that eventually lead to big results.

Is anyone in the MFP community reading a good book that you can recommend about personal growth or lifestyle changes? I'd love to build up my library!
