What do you do when you only have 15 minutes?

Options
I'm looking for exercise tips for that person who only has 15 minutes to squeeze it in. I know we all ideally want and hour plus. But some exercise is better than nothing. If you're slammed for time and want to jump start the metabolism in the morning what workout moves are your go to?

I normally do jumping jacks, lunges and crunches.

Usually I'll pick a popsugar workout video to do. Some are longer but there are quite a few that are only ten minutes.

I walk, as fast as I can, or turn on a video from the net, run in place, anything really.

I would have a look for a 15 minute circuit type thing, something with some dumbell work, some planks and some cardio

HIIT/Tabata. Both are better for me than working out for an hour.

Lots of things - 15 minutes of lifting weights.....

    15 minutes on the treadmill.........

    15 minutes on the bike............

    15 minutes on the elliptical........

15 minutes chasing the cat around the house (this can be the MOST fun - make sure you're going up and down stairs)

NIKE Training Club has a ton of 15 min workouts that totally rock my world.
it's a free app for iOS and Android, and it's the only way I can stick with my program as a super busy single mom with no time or money for a gym.

Burpees with a tuck jump or a Turkish Get Up. Works everything. Try one of those for 15 minutes. You will be WORKED!
