Flaxseed

Help!
I kept reading recipes that used flaxseed and have read lots about the health benefits of using it, but now I've bought some, I can't seem to find any ways to use it!
Other than adding to protein shakes and sprinkling on salads/cereals, what do you do with it?!

I use them sometimes in vegan recipes as an egg substitute
if the are ground up they get all gooey if you add water.
Mostly I add them to my,smoothies for fibery goodness
I add to the bread i bake , put them in pancakes.
Google flax seed recipes, you should find tons0 -
I add it to oatmeal and like the other poster said, it's a great replacement for vegan baking.0

I use it to make a flax seed meal muffin. I make it in a mug in the microwave for a minute. Then i slice it up and eat it with a nice egg and some cheese like a breakfast sandwich-delicious!0

It will be moist at first, but as the muffin cools it goes away.
I use half the oil and I omit any sweeteners0
