Flabby Arms

Hi
I am a small woman (5 ft) and over the last few years gained about 15 lbs. I joined MFP recently and have since watched very carefully the calories I eat and exercise about 5-6 times a week (mostly running /elliptical about an hour).
The weight is coming off . I have lost 7 lbs already . The best reward has been getting back into an old pair of jeans.
However my arms are still flabby. Does any one have a nice workout for flabby arms that has worked for them.
Thanks.

Workouts don't target fat. For an explanation, google "spot reduction myth". Strength training is still a good idea, but i would follow a full-body program (NROL, FitnessBlender, Stronglifts, etc). Working just your arms won't give you the results you want.0
