Ranch baked chicken?

Has anyone ever seasoned chicken breasts with Ranch dressing mix (the dry stuff in the packets)? If so, how exactly do you do it?

I'm trying to think of a new way to cook chicken and can't come up with anything I think my husband and I would like that won't be the same old mundane chicken with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. We don't like any citrus flavors on chicken.

    I've seen the commercial on that and it looks delicious but I've never tried it. So I'm going to creep this post to get the recipe myself :-) hope you don't mind

    I'm finding a lot of recipes for breaded chicken using the Ranch mix, but that's not what I'm looking for.

    Well, the Hidden Valley recipe has bread crumbs in it.. Since it's just a "toss and bake" recipe, I don't see why you couldn't reduce or omit them completely if you didn't want them.
