I am on week 4 of my journey. It says I only need 14 grams of fiber. Can this be true? It seems like in the past, I've always had to have at least 25. I've only lost 3 lbs. and I'm wondering if this is why. Please help!

    Personally, I think the auto setting for fiber is way too low. I feel best when I get 35-40 grams, so that's what I set mine to.

    I think it's too low. I am supposed to eat about 30 grams a day minimum. Fibers good for you and your system :smile: Eat what your bady tells you and good luck!
