Welcome! There are a lot of what I call "haters" on these boards so beware. Stick with positive people who are realistic and non judgmental. I met a lot in the past couple of years in the 5:2 forums. If that's not your thing then pick and choose like minded support. Good luck!!0

Welcome to MFP. So far I have had good experiences here but I have also heard that some of these message boards can be rude at time. I don't tend to post much on the message boards and tend to ask my "friends" here0
