    I can't eat 1,200 calories a day!

    I've had friends say this IRL after they joined the site, and I questioned them on it. What they mean is that they can't eat that much while eating "clean." In addition to counting calories, they're also trying to completely change how they eat.

    "Surely you ate more than that in order to gain weight?"

    "Yeah, but I was eating a lot of McDonalds."

    "Why can't you eat enough now?"

    "I would have to go to McDonalds."

    "Why don't you go to McDonalds?"

    "That's not healthy."

    I ate half a whole chicken trying to meet my calories yesterday among other things :bigsmile:

    fast food makes me feel sick I tried to eat a burger after clean eating for two months and I got so sick :sick: :sick:

    but I found when in doubt choke down some peanut butter :bigsmile: its loaded with end of the day calories for a calorie slacker like me :smooched: :laugh:

    p.s. I travel for work I got fat living in motel rooms and eating out multiple times every day
