Did I make an improvement over my binge yesterday?

So today I really tried to stay strong, and not binge, and I hope I did well. Let me know what you think. For breakfast I had a small bowl of raisin bran, with fat free milk (210 calories). For lunch I had a organic peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole grain bread, and a clementine (around 250 calories). In between dinner I had some steamed broccoli, and some almonds (200 calories). For dinner I had one small slice of pizza, and some salad with lite dressing (390 calories). For desert I had a slice of cookie cake(so I wouldn't deprive myself of sweets) and that was about 300 calories! Yesterday I had one of my worst binges, and i am wondering how much of an improvement this is over my 2,500+ Binge yesterday! Please tell the truth! I also went on two 30 minute bike rides, and walked for around 20 minutes!
